     Eleven years ago today, on October 5th in the year 2000, we were introduced to the beautifully crafted, quaint town of Stars Hollow Connecticut, as well as the numerous quirky yet loveable residents, in Amy Sherman-Palladino’s series, Gilmore Girls. Over a span of 7 years, the show aired 153 episodes, switched executive producers, and even made Time magazine’s “100 Best TV Shows of All-Time”. Although it has been nearly four years since the series finale, I think I speak for all Gilmore fans when I say this series was life changing, and we’re all honorary, life long residents of Stars Hollow, whether it be through reruns or DVDs.
